I took a look at the "Social Media Calendar" tool produced by Indie Band Coach. What a tremendous resource! I run the Facebook page for my rock band, the marching band I teach, and also a local restaurant/music venue. This type of calendar is a great brainstorming resource for all three! Keep up the great work!
